30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Conditions of this warranty states that the product must be properly handled based on the
product's manual. It also states that this warranty is voided if this condition is not met.
This warranty does not cover any items that are broken due to mistreatment of this item.
This warranty is explicit to manufacturers defects only. The manufacture disclaims all
responsibilities.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO APO, FPO. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
You will receive an email shortly after checkout process, which provides us with your
information allowing us to provide speedy service. If checkout is not filled out completely
and properly you may encounter delays in the processing of your order.

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY:
Items can be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund if the item has manufacture defect.
Items must be in original box and packaging. We MUST be contacted within 30 days of buyer
receiving the item if there are any problems. We have money back guarantee less shipping
if the item has manufacture defect. If the item is returned without manufacture defect,
there is a 20% restocking fee charge. We need to be contacted either by phone or email
within 30 days upon receiving the item. Email time stamp/signature is satisfactory if doing so
via e-mail. Absolutely no returns after 30 days of buyer receiving item. Customer must contact
us prior to returning item for approval and an RMA#. If the RMA number is not visible on the
outside of the box to be returned, it will be refused. The return items should be mailed by
US Post Office.
*Note: once approved for return/refund, please include brief note as to the
circumstances and reason for return along with the order number. Please allow
30 days from the time we receive return, for processing of refund. If item is
damaged by shipping carrier while in transit, buyer must contact carrier to file
and receive a claim number. Only at that time can we take steps to assist you
with claim and receiving new item or refund.
